Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
• GCE Ordinary Level (O/L) Pass
• Age between 18–28 years
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory

No prior experience as a croupier is required.
Successful applicants will receive professional training through Casino Marina Academy, equipping them with the skills needed to become a certified casino dealer.
